Talbot Day celebrations

It was Fox Talbot’s Birthday today and a group of photographers visited the Fox Talbot museum in Lacock for a tour of the Abbey where Talbot lived. They were given a conducted tour by the Museum Curator Roger Watson, finally they then posed for a group picture in front of the Oriel window where the great man stood and took that famous first negative in 1835.
